Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 
 
 
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. 
Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Refund Policy

You'll receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive a Crown Inspired Gift Card. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item and you will be sent an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange eligible items purchased online free of charge within 14 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
  • Full-price items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 14 days or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items purchased at pop-up events, festivals or trunk shows can be exchanged within 14 days and will not be accepted for return.
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
