Bariki Body Care started in 2007 in my tiny little kitchen in Seattle, WA. My oldest daughter, son & I have eczema and wanted to create products that were natural/organic/paraben free/sulfate free and was safe to use on our skin. I started researching a lot of different ingredients and the main one I use in all of our products is Shea Butter. Shea Butter is nourishing and is a good moisturizer all skin types whether you have oily or dry skin. All Bariki Body Care products are made with you in mind, cruelty free & vegan friendly. We hope to offer something that your skin can use.

Shipping Policy

Delivery:

After I place my order, when will my order ship? All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping methods apply after orders have shipped.  Orders placed during a holiday or a promotion will have an approximate lead time of 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping methods apply after the order has shipped. How come the tracking number isn't working? If your package just shipped, please allow 1 to 2 business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information. Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped? We only offer shipping options at this time. We do not have a storefront at this time. I have a rush order, can it be delivered on Saturday? We do not provide a rush delivery option. All orders are subject to the same shipping rules. The tracking shows that the package was delivered but I didn't receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package? Once an order has shipped, Bariki Body Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pickup at the holding facility. Do you ship internationally?  All orders ship within the United States, Puerto Rico or to the Virgin Islands. We do not ship internationally at this time. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, we can ship to  P.O. Boxes. Do you ship to military locations (APO/FPO/DPO)? Yes, we can ship to military locations. Please indicate it is a military site when shipping to military sites. Is shipping free? Shipping is free on most items. Subject to change at our discretion - Free shipping on most items  is 2 to 5 days - First Class Mail for orders under 15 oz and Priority Mail for items over 15 oz. How fast is free shipping? Free shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on the package weight. If the package is 15 oz or less then your package will ship First Class Mail (2 to 5 business days). If your package is 1lb or more then it will ship Priority Mail which is 1 to 3 days. When I enter my shipping address, I am receiving an error that my address is invalid? Our shipping is tied directly to the carrier's website. An invalid address or error will appear if the carrier is able to ship that location or is unable to find that location in their database. Please enter a valid United States address for that carrier to ship to.

Refund Policy

Returns:

  Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Downloadable software products * Some health and personal care items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Bag with obvious signs of use * Any item that has been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@barikibodycare.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@barikibodycare.com and send your item to: 4962 Adams St, Gary, IN., 46408 United States. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4962 Adams St., Gary, IN 46408, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
