Q. How long does it take my order to ship? A. Most orders take 3 to 5 days to pull, process, prep, and ship. 2-3 days is most common. We ship Monday - Friday.  Q. How does my order ship and what is Boshemia Standard Weight Based Shipping? A. Boshemia Standard Weight Based Shipping is the fee charged to ship your items based on the weight of your order. Most orders ship by USPS or UPS.   Q. Will I receive tracking information?  A. Yes. You receive your first confirmation that your order has been received and is being processed. You will receive a second confirmation with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped (3-5 business days) whenever possible.  *Please note that any address changes made after shipment will result in an additional $15 redirection fee to change your address and reroute your package with the shipping carriers.

Returns After you receive your order from Boshemia you have 15 days to complete a return of unopen and unused items or products (seals must be intact)  but you MUST request a Return Merchandise Authorization within 10 days leaving 5 days to ship the item back to us. If you have an item in original, sealed and unused condition you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges within 15 days of purchase. If you do not contact us within 10 days to request request a return merchandise authorization the above does not apply. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a copy of the invoice you received or the order number from your order confirmation sent to you by Boshemia. *There are certain situations where partial and full refunds may be granted. If you feel your return has special circumstances and you would like to discuss, please email us at customerservice@boshemia.com* Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the amount of days your bank takes to make the funds available to you. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
